Lecture about BODYWRAPPInc.

The lecture is presented as a mini-performance with slides, sound, video and dvd, illustrating the working process from the idea, development and realisation of BODYWRAPPInc. to the final presentation at musea and gallery's around the world.

BODYWRAPPInc. is four projects with clothing objects, made out of paper and plastic disposable wrapping material for consuming products like chips bags, sugar bags and washing powder bags, collected in Asia, Europe and America.
The colorful plastic wrappings and the crispy paper wrappings have manual been transformed into a material, that is usable for sewing and for this clothing concept. The wrapping clothing has been used as costumes for the performance 'Monkey Business Class', a collaboration between the Danish performance theatre Hotel Pro Forma, the Japanese performance group Dumb Type and the architect duo Diller and Scofidio.
A separately collection of clothing objects has been created for exhibitions at Museums and Gallery's around the world, among Copenhagen, New York, Rotterdam, Kyoto and Tokyo.

The lecture is directed to people who works within the creative field from the development of concepts and ideas, to the staging of the final product in design, art and crafts and architecture.

The lecture has been presented at several educational institutions among them national and international design schools, high-schools, international conferences and museums as well as inspiration for design and product development department at company's.
