The courses in which the students work, there is a high focus on the creative process, working with the development of an idea and concept to a final product and presentation. For instance, the students work with alternative cutting techniques to develop shapes around the body, development of newmaterials and exploration of alternative fashion illustration techniques.

Each course is designed in close collaboration with the responsible head of the department, to oblige wishes and ideas for the optimal development of the students. Annette Meyer works as well as a consultant, giving individual support and guidance to students approaching their final exames. Annette Meyer does evaluation and tutoring at final exames.

Annette Meyer has given workshops and courses for the last 11 years. She has as well been working as a consultant at Danish Design School in Copenhagen, Designskolen Kolding at the Fashion department, the Institute of Industrial Design and the Institute for Unica Design, the University for Literature and Theatre Science, Interaction Design Institute Ivrea in Italy. Annette Meyer has participated in nomunrious critic and master evaluation in Denmark and abroad.
