In 2001 the catwalk was transformed into a 500
square meter orange field, with audience seats in a shoe-shaped
area on cushions and a large projection screen along the one
side of the carpet, creating the background for the walking
models, wearing clothing collections of the students. On the
huge projection screen there was shown a film with the sunset
and sunrise on a roof top in the Indian city Udaipur.
During the one hour Fashion show the audience experienced this
was a sunrise and a sunset, when facing the walking models,
wearing the students collections.
A London DJ filled the space with sound, underlined the warm
exotic atmosphere. At the finale of the show an immense mirror
ball came from the ceiling, slowly turning when spreading thousands
and thousands of light sparkles around the space.
